PES is seeking a Full Time Accounting/HR/Office Manager to join our team.
The position offers 40 hours a week.
Hours of employment are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Process Accounts Receivable/Payable
Check writing to vendors
Maintain files on employees and perform accompanying HR duties.
Process payroll and Simple IRA program
Interaction with customers, vendors, and employees
Supplies procurement and general office tasks
Answering phone calls
Report drafting and editing
Maintain job tracking sheets
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel Spreadsheets
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
